- If the goal is set, then diversion or focus from the goal can be avoided even if the situation is stressful
- Good communication, patient listening,decisiveness,not conservative about taking some calculated amount of risk
- Having a two way communication from the beginning
- All have single focus
- That's how they formed the teams as only boys team. But girls can also play football.
- A team consists of more than one person having the same goal or objective

- In time of need, if one person refuses to help you, there will be five others who are willing to help. Have trust in people.
