- The analysis of your referral requests vs those granted gives you insight on how well your current system is working. Speak to people to find out why or why not they would refer you on. Work on negative feedback to improve your service.
- Never making on the spot decision and reflecting on it always helps makes better decisions. Biases are the biggest enemy in making a sound judgement.
