1. Too many thoughts. Do more yoga and exercise to clear my mind.
2. Social media. Spend less time on social media and create limits on my social media time.
3. Having many interests. Prioritise the most important interests based on my value system and goals.
I have a lot of experience in teaching mindfulness via present-moment awareness, Buddhist meditation and Taoist qigong practices. Creatively I like to teach qigong as a moving meditation and practising drawing/making artwork as a skill anyone can learn.
