Same thing with weakness; I believe one should not worry too much about the weakness if you play to your strengths, unless the weakness is detrimental in nature.

- I would do one of the two things. If it is an experienced professionals, then I would use a tool like Gallup strengths. If they are young professionals, I would design a simple template and ask for an input from peer, friends, teachers - more like a 360 view. Finally, I would provide them the insights of how when you apply your strength to the right, job you can succeed.
