- The values are immense. It starts with - A professional who understands his or her strength can actually know what they can opt as a career path or what will be of interest to them. Same thing with weakness; I believe one should not worry too much about the weakness if you play to your strengths, unless the weakness is detrimental in nature.

- It's being able to accept what you are good at and what you are not. The challenge is that as human beings we want to do all the things 'perfect' all the time, which is not possible.

- I would do one of the two things. If it is an experienced professionals, then I would use a tool like Gallup strengths. If they are young professionals, I would design a simple template and ask for an input from peer, friends, teachers - more like a 360 view. Finally, I would provide them the insights of how when you apply your strength to the right, job you can succeed.
