- If you want to share a skill or mentor someone, first you must try to connect with the person on some personal level so that they feel comfortable with you and you gain their trust. This way they will be more encouraged to listen, pay attention and learn from you. they will notice more easily that you have their best interest at heart and will be more open to learning and asking questions when they need to.

- After an interview it is important that you show gratitude and appreciation to the interviewers for the time taken to interview you and for your selection for the interview. if they selected you, there must have seen something they liked. it is a good opportunity to reinforce why you are the right person and keep them thinking good things of you as they go through or finish the first interview process.
- A change in legislation in the insurance industry leading to a phenomenal change in the requirements of the industry to comply with legislation in a short space of time causing extreme stress and burnout. This required the need to ease the industry's stress through regulatory forbearance whilst assisting it to meet requirements in stages to also allow a reasonable level of monitoring.
