Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- It is one of the competitive strategies and helps us understand the external changes that may take place in future. Moreover to be ready before the change actually takes place .With rigid view point , the potential gets limited.
- Curve ball may offer an extended strategy, site examples wrt industries and should spark creative thinking
- In order to enhance adaptive skills a sales person should keep his or her ears and eyes open . should abreast with the external changes taking place in the industry in which the person is working . Should assess the risk and do experiments in small scales
- Role plays ; I would suggest to have a team meeting monthly to discuss the market dynamics along with external changes so that entire team is completely ready to undertake the change and is not caught unawares.
- Entrpreneurs should be resilient . They should carry out change in the plans according to the situation . requirement here is to change course , be with positive people and alsoare willing to learn.
- Role plays, simulation models , motivational talks , reading about sucess stories about Successful entreprenaurs. By team management games , sharing your aspirations with team and motivating them . And understanding that were there is will there is a way
