- 1. The social isolation may emphasise the negative traits already existing. So traits like greed, laziness, selfishness, and backstabbing will still be there. 2. Not being secure in their abilities. 3. Feeling that they are not being heard during online meetings. 4. Not self motivated.
- I would have had the conversation about the toxic behavioural trait infront of my mnager. I tried to handle on my own and the person was not willing to accept that the incident was not handled positively.
- Irate customer tells others and causes reputational damage to the company. Customer does not buy your product again. Negative PR.
- It helps you understand the problem. Clarifies the issues with empathy. If they focus on the customers' complaint they may find the solutions quickly and or know when to escalate.

- It means that only you should be blamed. If your team fails, you take responsibility for the failure.
