- I heard a sermon by a priest in our church. He had a wonderful flow. All relevant points explained with examples and information. Spoke very confidently. Said humorous things in between and asked questions to keep everyone engaged. So it was interesting and I didn't go day dreaming

- I faced a fire situation in our SCADA data center in Agartala. It gave a very good opportunity to handle a crisis situation. The entire section participated for the initial actions of dousing the fire with help of fire section, then saving all the possible equipments out of the room. Few colleagues came forward to try to salvage the wet hardware on the following days and finally could save almost all the equipments and put them back into use within 4-5 days without much data lose. The entire management was involved in fact finding and committees were formed to do RCA. But with the help of section and our discussion we could handle without any problems

- Trust and confidence is important to have and develop in others around us. Have competency and become trust worthy. This will help people to come together and take any action to successfully complete the projects. The team members can also grow and become hood leaders

- Real confidence is when I believe in myself. I will have values and emotions in my behaviour. Fake is when we act arrogant. It will not give a good feel
