- He doesn't realize it's a circle wherein every dot connects and it's equally important to complete that circle, without one being missed. The circle will never be complete, hence all are dependent on all.

- We say it or not, however everyone is dependent on someone irrespective of the role -- one person cannot do everything. To achieve that one thing, there is a lot of people and stages involved which link us directly or indirectly.

- Daniel doesn't realize he is not alone. There is someone assigning him the projects, someone who is viewing it, etc. A lot of other people are involved too but because it's indirect, he doesn't realize that. He thinks because he masters computer programming, he knows everything but that's not it. If he doesn't share his ideas/knowledge with others, it doesn't help him or anyone.

- i wouldn't say all but most of them I do. Actually without even intentionally wanting to apply, it naturally occurs in our day to day life since we are so dependent on one another, this comes from within. It's a self realization that nothing can be achieved alone which is why we always have a family, a team, an organization, etc.. Think about it!

- It's more like working with each other, staying with someone, being in a relationship... You think of anything and it involves being interdependent. One person alone cannot survive for long be it in the outside world, work life, personal time, or anywhere.

- By considering everyone as one... All of us should focus on the main goal of the company and strive to achieve the same. Also we should be open to new ideas and ways of doing it and not thinking we are sidelined or anything of that sort.

- Not really..but yes. In my previous company I did face it. The trainers were always given an upper hand in every situation than the rest of the departments.

- it creates a really negative impact and atmosphere. People will not be at their best if they experience such things and hence it doesnt eventually help the company to achieve their goals

- i would only say treat one like all and all like one. That's the mantra... everyone is in there because they possess some unique qualities that the others don't have. So we should just respect that and be mindful and open to new ways of doing things and serving our customers in the best way possible.
