- Change means progression, positive development and being productive to self and others.
- I would first brainstorm, browse and check for the main reasons for downfall of the business. Then would like to discuss the possible solutions for the same with my boss and colleagues along with feedback from customers. Later would try to implement the action plan accordingly.
- We should always strive to bring change and provide novelty in our products for customer care and satisfaction.
- One should first decide on what to and why to become something or someone. Then should compare the pros and cons of the same. On this basis, we have to gradually make efforts by taking one step at a time to explore and also to adjust to sudden changes in life.

- I can control negative emotions by slow down, take a breath, think again, find out the root cause and then the possible solutions to eradicate
- By making them understand and practice the habit of self evaluation, self respect and self love
- Find out the reason or the background causes for the delays or failures and experiment with different approaches
- Growth mindset, adopt and adapt to the changes, turn the failures as stepping stones for success and take it as a learning
- I would discuss with colleagues and higher ups for better learning from their experiences and take mentoring classes to develop my skills
- What interests the customer? How to make it more interesting and informative to the client? What benefits are lucrative to the client? What are the present trends in sales? Who are interested?
- Ask yourself Who is the customer to target? Appeal to buyer's needs. Be trustworthy. Demonstrate well very often. Listen to customer and plan a strategy. Ask questions. Contact new clients every day. Less pressure and start revising for new strategies. Take action.
- I will share an experience of mine as a teacher discussing with my students on how they would like to continue their studies like a new lesson and prepare a strategic plan for implementation by involving the stakeholders in the decision making

- Teaching and learning are two sides of a same coin. While educating students, we should also keep in mind that we're dealing with the future leaders of the world.
