Will not be from the heart
Be really thorough with the subject/concept, patient with disagreements, speak from the heart
He is overstepping, he isn't listening to his customers, not giving them space
Stop multitasking. Blot out other thoughts during the time
I dont really have a life experience but yes its always good to be there wholeheartedly in the conversation. By active listening, you dont miss out the context, references, u take in and gainmuch more from it. Also it shows you belong to the team and what the person says, counts
U notice a twitch in the shoulders, the clasping of hands, body language which shows the overall composure of the person, the face could hide it all
I would say if i prepare myself well then the ease and comfort in my skin will just flow out. My body language will be one of confidence and i will be receptive of others
The second one because he opens up with appreciation first then states the problem, also he considers brainstorming as a solution which is healthy for the team. Sure fire way for the team to be receptive and work sincerely to make up on sales dip and achieve targets next time around
To have a communication cycle
To be able to have direct talk, confront staff with issues
Fear of losing out
To communicate, see that all are equally informed about tasks or issues
To be open minded, to reason out problems, to stay calm during conflicts, to lend solutions,to negotiate
To listen, pause , think and only then react.
To stay calm.
Also to accept mistakes when committed.
After all its a learning experience, things can only get better by being receptive.
To remember it and use it to change things if required. To see that it wont be repeated..
If one feels that its not right then to communicate and clarify one's position n if still things dont change, move on
Address them publicly
Embrace the criticism
Talk it out, see where i went wrong and rectify what i still can

Lips flatten or bite;
Expressions change in eyes i.e. a glare.
I always would accept my faults, to begin with, or empathize with the angry client at first. Smile and then slowly, in dialogue, explain where things went wrong and how I could correct it.
Dissatisfaction and disappointments within ourselves.
We will not be able to achieve our goals
To think about what they are really passionate about and how would they go about it in a rightful way so as to make things happen. That would form a value system. Also keeping in mind that they are helping many in the process.
The first has a senior appreciating n congratulating a younger colleague and everyone seems happy.
So there I see encouragement.
The second leader is taking his team through a presentation, they all look focused and serious.
The third shouts out team work and it seems like a high-five moment.
I'd totally go for the third leader.

Brainstorm and tackle each feedback and complaint and try turn things around. Accept the drawbacks but come back stronger
Just be what i want others to become , in time
No networking within the groups, could be lack of interest and hence no knowledge of the goingons in the Company, narrow focus
Sit down with all stakeholders , discuss plan B /C and finalize the immediate corrective actions which can be taken at the point in time.
To work at risk assessments on priority.
Find out the root cause first myself, reason it out, then bring in all concerned to the table, assess all thoughts coming forth and then decide on the next step to overcome the crisis..
Help the affected parties with putting in more resources if required, raise the level to bring focus to it and mitigate
Take that deep breath.
Believe i can do this. Take it headon and deal with it.
Reward yourself after a good job is done. Be fair to all parties concerned
but I'm willing to learn, work at accomplishing goals and take my team along.
for what the future has in store for me.
I will develop. I will fight my battles. I will take care of the needy.
do what I set my mind to; I can fix problems; I can live through bad days and welcome the sunshine thereafter
to live a life with trust, honesty, love and peace.
Instilling confidence in people leads to success. People will feel better, come to you, listen, and in turn, you are growing leaders.
A win win
Closed, rigid, not approachable
Open to new ideas, flexible , can accept own mistakes
Go back the next day and discuss my failings and promise I would make up on the shortfall felt.
I would ask him or her to prepare each time he/she get to spell out decisions and distribute work amongst teammates
To keep ears open
To talk to everybody concerned
Perseverance and commitment to reach a specific goal. I too should fix my targets and strive to achieve, no matter what comes in the way
Maraton runnerslook at how much further they have to go, not how far they came
Marathon runners check their ego at the door
Marathon runners keep moving foward even if things dont go always according to plan
Marathon runners dont allow overwhelming feelings to paralyse them
I can painstakingly work to achieve results, not get too emotionally involved and look ahead , learning from my past mistakes
Sit down with them and figure out what are the problems they're facing not only at work but in their personal lives, surely something will come up and work towards that
I will admit it openly. To err is human. I will make amends thereon
I will look for a replacement immediately and will myself /new person keep in touch with the performer throughout the learning phase of the new recruit. I will instill confidence in the rest of the team n reinforce that we could do it.
Grit is it
That i could do it if i believed in myself

Towards close friends, society as in neighbours
Overcommitted people come across as hassled, preoccupied at most times and maybe even get short tempered
It might not yield expected results
Things might go wrong and with too many eggs in a basket might miss deadlines
Not really but they need to get done
Taking care and guiding my children
Being there for my parents
Work because its the reason why i am independent, the reason why i can make my choices, help others too and live my life !
I would ask her to prioritize
To do atleast one thing which keeps her happy along with her commitments.
Schedule them and take one thing at a time
Use travel time to keep in touch with close friends..
Know what really is expected as the outcome and then think and work towards that..
Know what are the resources and accordingly use them

It makes the game more fun! And its about competition, if everyone has a ball, u wouldn't know who is the winner
They are playing some place else!
Team is a group of people with a common goal/target fixed to achieve or win the game . So for a game we need 2 groups to compete with each other and thats what makes it a sport.

Kickstarting a project:
Root of the problem is delay in getting feedback from Operations, consistent follow up, queries n discussions. Can increase chances of achieving targets
Changing day schedule
I would give a task to the person and give a week to complete and see results. Later the similar task i would give with a very short time schedule and check results.
