- I always would accept my faults, to begin with, or empathize with the angry client at first. Smile and then slowly, in dialogue, explain where things went wrong and how I could correct it.

- To think about what they are really passionate about and how would they go about it in a rightful way so as to make things happen. That would form a value system. Also keeping in mind that they are helping many in the process.
- The first has a senior appreciating n congratulating a younger colleague and everyone seems happy. So there I see encouragement. The second leader is taking his team through a presentation, they all look focused and serious. The third shouts out team work and it seems like a high-five moment. I'd totally go for the third leader.

Theres only one solution to this...in the meantime get ready with all the secondaries under my control, highlight issues to senior management n keep schedules handy and realistic n stick to a cutoff date
