- Time management is one of the attributes of self management. You need to have specific goals with specific time frame and if you are not finishing your goals within that specific time, you need to change yourself as losing time is like losing money. Discipline yourself to clear goals and then work to achieve those goals within specified time.
- I have goals for everyday that I need to do and try my best to stick to them. What I learned today that would help me manage time more effectively would be. -Prioritizing work -Creating a schedule -Sticking to the schedule -Setting up deadlines -Delegating -Starting early -Dealing with stress if something is not according to the plan.
- Tom is not listening to his customers properly. He is not understanding their needs.
- - By paying attention; - Showing that you are attentive; - Deferring judgement; - Responding accordingly and appropriately; - Providing feedback.
- I dont think I have confirmation bias, I believe I have limited knowledge and I got so much more to learn so while trying every new thing I chose to look at both the pros and cons so I can be sure about what positives is has and what negatives it is. I am never over-confident about my knowledge.
- Ask questions, keep information channels open, never be afraid to accept your mistake. believe that disagreements will open your mind, never give-in to your ego.
- Things are not going according to your plan and you can lose your focus, this might hinder your productivity.
- Goal-setting is very important. This helps as you dont waste your energy on things that dont matter that much and you focus on goals that are really productive.
- I would be somewhere around 8-9. I need to take less stress on things that I cant control to increase my self-management.
- It would be scenario 2 obviously as she was not stressed, she handled the situation calmly while trying to help both the customers at the same time.
- Exercising adaptive thinking will help you a lot. It will help to go from surviving to excelling in the face of sudden changes and stress situations. It will help you accommodate changes more effectively and as we all know that change is the only constant, we just need to ready for it.

- Handling team and clients is stressful. Staying cognizant to changes like client`s request and team hierarchy will keep you up and running in all possible situations. Develop a growth mindset, dont be afraid of changes instead acknowledge them, set goals for yourself, ask for feedback and be ready to right the wrong decisions.
