Uzair is an ex-Banker and a Senior Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience. Uzair is also a serial entrepreneur and has been involved with multiple undertakings across a broad spectrum of economic verticals.

Over the last 18 years he has been involved with projects ranging from running serviced offices to trading with some of the worlds largest entities across multiple countries. He also owns an Architectural / Interior design firm, a Trading firm as well as a Management consulting firm. Running startups & existing businesses has provided him extensive cross functional exposure in myriad operations & industries.

Uzair has worked across 15 countries and in over 30 different sectors and has been in UAE for over 30 years. He has also worked in senior positions in national as well as multi-national entities.

He is an accomplished facilitator with multiple certifications under his belt. Uzair has trained over 25,000 delegates in multiple disciplines across 15 countries. Multinational global entities trained include Nokia Siemens, GE, American Express, Pepsi, Daimler, Standard Chartered Bank, Maersk, Merck and Abbott.

Uzair is a member of Mensa. He is also a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM – UK). Uzair is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI-UK). Uzair was also a Professor at a university in Dubai & conducted Executive MBA programs for them. He has been a speaker as well as a panelist at several HR conferences. He recently won an Award for Best Training Delivery Strategy.

His yearning to broaden his horizons has taken him into uncharted territory on many occasions, but he has been quick to push his comfort zone outwards and reach out to new experiences. Not all businesses succeed, but in their non-attainment, are the strongest lessons. Patience, acceptance, tolerance & enlightenment all follow.

His experiences across economic and geographical divides and functional silos provide him a robust base. Uzair is an advisor to the American Leadership Board, an Advisor to the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) ASB team, a board member at an entity having over 8000 members & an entrepreneur at heart.
