Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- Some of the consequences of not being open minded include: 1. Not being able to progress as a team/society. 2. Not having a harmonious relationship with others. 3. Not being able to improve one's ability to see things from a different perspective
- During planning operations at work, my colleague had a different view and how to go about executing. I was understanding and shared my opinion and in the end we were able to achieve a viable solution.
- If I were teaching the skill of open-mindedness to someone I would include examples of the various organizations around the world which have achieved success by being open-minded such as: Goldman Sachs, EY, etc. Also from my personal experience working with a large group of people, conducting various operations to achieve a singular goal while ensuring safety is priority, the need for open-mindedness is essential as I myself was not able to see the different ways in which a task could be performed more efficiently than the way I planned. Many examples of situations like these can be shared.
- The sniper approach is targeting specific people and businesses who have a higher chance of needing your product or service.
- HENRYs are people below 55 years of age who earn between $100K and $250K a year. Luxury markets should focus on them because HENRYs lifestyles are based on luxuries.

- Having been around the rich for a major part of my life, I have been able to observe their lifestyle choices as well as and their thought process when buying luxurious items. The first hand experience of this will definitely make this easy to teach.
