- To understand what are the common grounds and try to minimize differences between you and him. Focus on the work to be done and extend any support or help that person as much as possible.

For example, I use to give a chance for others to express their opinion even if disagree with mine. Thirdly, I will encourage them to help others without waiting for rewards or giving back. Finally, sharing knowledge, experience and expertise is essential and great human practice.
