- Stay very focused in the niche we are operating in. Encourage a brain-swarming approach to ensure everyone in the organization participates in the innovation process. Give autonomy to the team members to define parts of the strategy.

Instead, we started using yellow-chits, which the participants used to write their ideas and then these chits were discussed in the open. This ensured total freedom to everyone to write down their ideas without being interrupted.
