She also created a stress reducing work environment with collaboration with her colleagues to help in decision making and provide increased and improved insights and point of view in decision making for better outcomes
- You need sound mind and body to make better decisions and also manage the stress of start-up work. Getting adequate sleep, eating healthy and exercising facilitates all this as it strengthens the body and the mind.
- I focus on mental health with the lot of faith-based fellowship and family relaxation time. Also, rigid rest time is planned into the weekly schedule to ensure adequate rest. Balance and collaboration are the most critical elements for resilience.
- I have some stories of when i suffered burn-out and a mini-vacation became medical rest time and the insights from some of the leaders i worked who prioritized this which encourage me to follow suit.
