- Trying to find a way to cope up with the problem would be the most effective. If you know how to turn a bad situation into a productive one, you're truly efficient at your job. Owning up to mistakes and accepting it is the first step to success.
- I would try to see work as work and accept that there are going to be rainy days as well, and try to distant myself from any sort of negativity. At the same time if the comment is agreeable, I would definitely want to work on it and come up with a better version of myself.

- I would have narrated my own life stories. I would tell the audience how staying calm in intolerable times just shows your goodness and character. Staying patient during troubled times definitely leaves a mark even on the opponent's mind, and make them reflect on their own actions. Effective dealing with negative feedback is vital in personal life as well.

- In Scenario 2, Carolina is exercising Adaptive thinking as everyday we will be faced with new challenges, and if we can't cope up with them we are not being adaptive. Also if we are not adaptive, chances of losing out on good opportunities comes into picture.
