- A situational interview is when you are put in a particular situation of whatever position that you have to deal in real time later as you work with the workplace. This helps the employer to understand how well do you comprehend whatesoever the situation is and how solution oriented you are. Behavioural Interview will focus on understanding how did you deal with the previous similar situation. What role did you play when you had to deal with a particular incident. So examples on what did you then, may help them to understad how though and behaviour oriented you are.
