- in which areas are cost being over run. Why are costs being overrun in these areas. Is it due to inefficiencies? What are the cause of these inefficiencies? Machine failure, human error, lack of performance on the job due to motivation issues or lack of skills?

- The cooking gas at my business finishes frequently. It make be due to small leaks I the gas line, leaving the oil to warm when the cook has down time in orders, or poor planning in cooking for example not cooking in batches so the cooking oil can be utilised efficiently. I would have the ask the cook the five why's to find out exactly what is happening based on his observations and methods. I would then analyse the feedback to formulate a solution based on the problem. For example tighten connection if there are leaks, or plan the cooking schedule more effectively it that's the issue.

- I would share with them actual problems I have had and how I solved them. The challenges I have for example to get people to answer the 5 why's honestly and how I motivated people to be honest with respect to answering the 5 why's honestly for example explaining to the employee it's a bout win-win and if we find the solution to the problem my business can work more efficiently and so I will continue to be in a position to offer employment and also incentives when the business grows in profitability.

- hard to use, takes long to download, have to fill in too much information to get started. If you know the complaints you can find ways to make the user experience better for the consumer for example easier registration steps, faster download and in general how to make the software more user friendly.

- My Chilled chai. I ask people to sample it and give me feedback on the taste. Is it too strong, too sweet do you like it. I also ask people if the label and packaging attracts them to the pick up the bottle on the shelf. Based on feeedback I tweak the recipe and review label design.

- I would share my actual experiences and explain the challenges I'v had and how I overcame them. Also share my failures and what I wish I had done differently in hindsight and how going forward I implemented those learnings.

- Melissa should try collaborating. Give her ideas but also listen to her colleagues point of view. There maybe actually be bad better solution when combining the two points of view. John needs to understand the value of collaboration and working as a team while not losing his drive and energy. He can seek buy in instead of imposing his ideas on others. In doing so he can also listen to their feedback to strengthen his ideas.

- I use all of them but sometimes I am likely to try to resolve conflict where I’m not involved. Additionally it can be challenging to monitor the results.

- I would draw on specific examples of actual real life conflicts I’ve encountered or had to deal with either as someone in on ex in the conflict or someone overseeing it as a meditator.

- I’d coach her in how to deal with such situations, show her where to find the accurate information and how to go about getting the catalogue corrected. If there is little time I’d also support her by assisting her who’re she’s handling the angry parents.

- There is usually a more harmonious and productive work environment. Employees they usually feel less threatened by each other and work more effectively as the environment is less stressful and they can before at their best without affecting their health.

- It was very simple.but in that toxic organization which I have since left was simply to show me where files were on the electronic drives but the information was being withheld as there was no clear filing system. There was only one helpful employee who did show me around the drives.

- Actual real ice situations involving emotions and the way the human psyche behaves. Remember humans are often motivated by anger, greed,, jealous as negative emotions and empathy, kindness and love for humanity as positive emotions.

- They become demotivated and don’t feel their contribution to the team is being acknowledged or that they are part of the bigger company oucture.

- Employees feel secondary and unimportant they don’t think their opinions can influence the bigger picture. They will feel devalued by the company and over time look to leave the job,

- Even if she had to go to a meeting she should have said something like your feedback is important to me let’s schedule a time to discuss this.

- I’d do a slit where I played both the role of the manager and employee. The skit would consistently of the one on one conversation and then I’d have the employee and the manager each do a soliloquy explaining how they felt about the conversation. This would be to develop an empathy for both sides.
