- Look at the breakdown of the overhead cost. Look at the 12 to 18 month trend of overhead costs. Understand what the main drivers are and what leavers they can pull to influence the cost.
- I have a project that is under resourced. I should determine the type of resources I need. I should determine if those people are available. I should reach out to the resources to discuss their participation and commitment. Based on the outcome, I should review the project timeline to see if resources and project timeline aligns.
