- It helps to remove the fear of looking stupid. All suggestions are valid - as is valid to also question the assumptions. And no need to go through a logical path
- Problem - getting associates to attend meetings. Call them, text them ask them when they want the meetings, ask them what they want to get out of the meeting.

- Don't understand how QR codes in apps work. Require fast internet, not sure what it is for and how I measure success.
- The challenge is to make it easier for the customer to buy, and understand what defines success for the customer.

- Huckster? What does that mean? They want to tell, they don't want to listen, apply the same approach to everyone.
- Not clear what is going on here. Presume the salesguy is the one with hands on keyboard. Shouldn't have to lean over. Should all be on same side of desk. Use external screen.
