- Taking all the credit for the work the team does. Everything is a team effort, and giving the due credit inspires employees and motivates them to do better. If there is a lack of motivation, your team will not perform very well.
- Take the feedback and try and work with the LMS provider and the team to come up with the requisite changes. Technology changes take time to fit in - we need to give technology and people time to become friends.
