- Taking all the credit for the work the team does. Everything is a team effort, and giving the due credit inspires employees and motivates them to do better. If there is a lack of motivation, your team will not perform very well.

- Take the feedback and try and work with the LMS provider and the team to come up with the requisite changes. Technology changes take time to fit in - we need to give technology and people time to become friends.

- Being a serial entrepreneur, I’ve had my fair share of dealing with multiple people across roles and experience levels. Happy to share my insights on dealing with people and also all the terrible mistakes I made early on.
