- Yes, progressively. Multi-tools are used in order to facilitate interaction, boost progress and productivity, easily access documentation, so that the team functions as a unit cohesively and seamlessly.

- Would organise a Virtual Setting in order to understand in an immersive and experiential manner what are some of the guidelines to be followed, what could be done to boost virtual collaboration, and what must be avoided.
- Firstly, I need to build upon my relationships with my team in order for each of us to be able to support and help each other create progress and innovation. Secondly, identify the specific skill sets that each team member can bring & gain insight into how each individual solves particular problems, creates particular solutions, or looks at circumstances from a particular perspective. Thirdly, we then set goals that are measurable as well as accomplishable & that should we fail, we can learn from & adapt quickly. Innovation means to be able to do better than before, and via this 3 step process, my team and I can fulfill the task set out my the company.
- It allows individuals to be able to be themselves, to be able to highlight their competencies and strengths, to be able to support others as well as motivate others, and to ensure that the company has a long-term sustainable vision.
- From professional experience, I am able to think most innovatively during my "quiet" time. I am able to at that time gather whatever learnings I have obtained from various people and put them together in order to come up with a better manner of doing a task. Once that idea has formed, I ask people for their input and am open to change.
- Lack of respect for others' time, when having virtual meetings. Lack of recognition of individuals present in a virtual collaboration. Lack of attention when another is speaking in a virtual setup. Lack of diligence / understanding of constraints faced by others in a virtual / remote environment.
- Lack of understanding of the background that customers come from or have, thus leading to a poor insight of their requirements. Negligence of one's duties / responsibilities as a customer agent. Engagement in talks / speech that does not promote helpfulness, positivity but rather demeanment
- I have encountered some aspects of toxicity and how I dealt with it was by stating my views regarding such behaviour in an assertive and empathic manner; and also by recognising such signs or actions of toxicity within myself and not falling into such a behaviour.
- I would do Role Plays of various ways in which toxic behaviours could be carried out or even reinforced, right from the simplest of such behaviours to gross / obvious ones and then chart out with the mentee what steps could be taken to avoid this on our part as well as others'.
- SMART Goals allows one to define goals in a manner that is realistic (and not idealistic), at pace with what resources one has at present, while achieving objectives at incremental levels within a defined timeframe. This allows one to obtain real-time feedback and to measure progress, which in time boosts productivity too.
- I set goals on a daily and weekly level, in terms of day-to-day work tasks. I set monthly goals in terms of objectives I need to achieve, in line with aspiring professional objectives. I set quarterly goals in terms of my physical well-being. I set yearly goals in order to be able to meet "vacation" / mental wellbeing goals.
- Goals allow me to motivate myself and remain productive, thereby having a positive effect on my performance. With the attainment of my goals, I have a better understanding and appreciation of myself, those around me, and my circumstances; this allows me to perform / act better or well in a particular situation and well as effectively with others.
- To set goals that align with your values and aspirations. To set goals that fulfill your current and long-term objectives. To set goals that are realistic, well-defined, and that allow for iterations along the way. To persist and not stop working on your goals despite demotivation, roadblocks, challenges, etc.
- Ask their perspective on ability(ies) based on the role / required for the situation. Conduct a task that reveals their abilities in a situation. Understand their motivations and values in that situation.
- Inconsistencies in responses when you question them on the same principle but in different ways. When they have difficulty in analysing the situation accurately. When they express non-verbal cues that show anxiety, faking, etc.

- Q : How would you deal when a team member openly criticises your point of view? Excellent Answer : I would state, "My point of view has sound reasoning behind it, as it is based on inferences from political, technological, economical, and social aspects. Of course, you may hold a perspective that is different from mine and I accepting your opinions. However, I would suggest that another's perspective may not be undermined but be at least qualified for acceptance, if not support." Good Answer : "Your perspective is irrelevant but in this case, I would agree to disagree with you as my perspective has logic and experience behind it." Average Answer : "You do have a right to your opinions but do not undermine mine." Poor Answer : "Do not be so rude."
- I would discuss what are some of the varying responses one could give for specific situations. I would also suggest to jot down how one had answered a question, and then piece together some of those aspects that could be improved (and in differing degrees) while ensuring that the strengths from those responses are reinforced.
