What helps is when you allow the individual to communicate the time they would take for a task than telling them how much time they should take.

- Entrepreneurs are in the middle of everything and often because they are their own boss, they end up pushing themselves beyond a point a little too often. How does sleep, food and activity help - 1. Increases focus 2. A healthy body = healthy mind = better thinking = better growth for self and company 3. All the 3 help with resting and activating the required parts of our brain 4. They help us cope with situations, be more resilient, have stronger mental health, and help us grow our teams better 5. Exercising also helps me with channeling my stress and energy and taking only the right amount to work 6. Avoid burnout due to the hustle in one's life
- 8 - A regular but dynamic form of workout with slow increments in difficulty level - Good healthy food, lots of water and regular meal timings - Make time for the basics that you are spending hours earn for - A variety of experiences to be able to grow adaptability and manage unexpected situations - Regular sleep - Set work timings to ensure some time to disconnect - Human interactions within and outside the team to upskill and also to learn from others experiences

Showing how time saved is time earned Encouraging them to do the same task in lesser time than normal and how most often it is possible
- Be aware of the various biases that exist and acknowledge them Paused before you make a decision and check if you are making them due to a certain bias Communicate and make others around about these biases to break the chain
- I would talk to them about how I grew up in a more multicultural environment and have had friends of different backgrounds and religions. How I always look at the person as an individual first. An instance of how I was in a taxi late at night and because the driver was male, I was uncomfortable but he was very communicative and I told myself about how he is first a human being and a father to 2 children so I should look at him as a parent.
