- I would choose creating diagnostic software for medical data. We have capabilities to work with images with our ML team. We will cooperate with clinics and medical universities to secure other types of medical data and create models to identify problems over there.

- Seems like there was lack of internal communications with regards to instructions on how to respond on such questions. Employees other than Marketing department and/or management aren't supposed to know everything that is going on about the company in digital space.

- Guidelines for employees on how to handle questions about company.

- First, I try to identify if I am able to handle it myself, with the instruments I can use, then act, speak to employees, management and clients. If my resources are not enough, I turn to top management for support.
