- Always listen to feedback. There are many things we can learn from someone perception of us or our services or products. Speak to your team about the same issues you hear from clients and look for results.
- When people wok together it means they put extra inputs and ideas to achieve results. It is also helping less experience team member gain better insights for future projects. Team work and collaboration is important to build trust and reliance.
- I like working in a team so I would say collaborating but I am a very opinionated individual that likes to share knowledge and experience with others.
- Depends what type of company it is. Collaboration is better than competition as it makes positive impact on person life personally and professionally. learning to support others is key. Learning to work with others is a skill.

- Practice thinking out of the box. Accepting informations that may not be what we want to hear. Control judgment and jumping to conclusions.
- We should listen to the tone of voice of the candidate and the answers that he/she provides. Sometimes straightforward questions may not be easy to answer for the candidate.
- It is a reaffirming of the view we already have on the candidate but no candidate should be judged based on simple questions. It will aslo allow the recruiter know better the candidate personality and flexibility.

- I had a candidate that was very candid on answering to simple questions but when the time came to check his real knowledge the answers were vague and evasive. I have asked him to explain particular duty that might have a reverse results and why? This was for a specific technical topic. Another question was. You have told us that you have been doing... could you tell us how?
