- The number of clients are not like before, I should start with identifying the problem of drop in sales, next gather information that includes the reasons behind which discuss the possible causes and solutions. This might be because of handling different other projects at the same time and not focusing on coaching at this time. This will take us to the third step which is evaluate the evidence, of going into details if the reasons and solutions are right or not. The fourth step will be consider alternatives to the problem and finally, to choose the best alternative and start working on it.
