No, I believe to fully understand a candidate you need, a CV, a personality profile, at least 2 interviews and an assessment based interview e.g. a presentation from the candidate
Candidate being late
Candidate being poorly presented - untidy, inappropriate dress
Candidate not being prepared for the interview
Candidate not researched role and company
Candidate not able to give specific answers to questions with examples
Candidate not answering the questions asked
Candidate not asking any questions
Candidates being late, unprepared, not engaged with the process, not presented well, unprofessional, in these situations I did not hire these candidates
