2. Hook to the 'ONE thing' that you do like or respect about the person.

4. Separate the person from their work personality.
I think there'll be some tension at first but as mentioned in the previous video, if I separate his work personality from his real self, things will certainly get better.
I think every employee should have clear goals and a list of deliverables for the week. If there's no specific set of tasks, people get confused and everything turns into a mess.
I try to build closer relationships with people I work with. When they tell me that something is stressful, I try to jump in and see how I can help reduce it.
