- I think the best way out is to make adjustments and find common things that we like and have more conversations around it.

- 1. Remember that 'the enemy' is just another person. 2. Hook to the 'ONE thing' that you do like or respect about the person. 3. Turn them around. 4. Separate the person from their work personality.

- I think there'll be some tension at first but as mentioned in the previous video, if I separate his work personality from his real self, things will certainly get better.

- For most of us, the problem is the usage of electronic devices and not setting the right boundaries.

- I try to switch off. I set aside an hour each for morning and evening routine to start and end muy days the right way.

- I think every employee should have clear goals and a list of deliverables for the week. If there's no specific set of tasks, people get confused and everything turns into a mess.

- I try to build closer relationships with people I work with. When they tell me that something is stressful, I try to jump in and see how I can help reduce it.
