- Teaching self- awareness should be taught through exercises but also like teaching a child what it is. To help an individual to tune into their feelings, as well as to the behaviors and feelings of others
- For self-awareness, we have to understand ourselves, our emotions, and be able to understand other people's feelings but also to be able to have empathy and to respond to other peoples emotions.
- Teaching is the best way for somone to learn. Social skill is best done by trying to give assignments like role playing or story telling, to increase EI in people.
- My son- he was feeling worried, because he didn't do his homework on time . . . With his agitated behavior you could see worry in his posture. A friend was looking absent minded with lack of sleep, due to some work problems, . . She seemed stressed and agitated.

- You have to teach first what empathy is; you can't confuse it with sympathy. The best way would be to put them via role playing in other people's point of view. Teach them to observe others, listen first, and open up to people. Empathy is a 2-way communication.
