- Susan, because Susan would most likely make decisions which she might have learnt from a person in a different industry. Tim would follow the text book examples or listen to others in the same industry which will definitely limit the creativity he can use to make decisions.

- I work for a company from Finland. Completed my studies in India, worked in the UK and then working for a Finnish organization in Dubai where there are 200+ nationalities living in one country , I think my life experience can definitely become a good example to get people understand the value. P.S: I was someone who was 3/10 in English 5 years before becoming a director for a European company.
- Teams who are not bounded by being in one place together. They can be sitting in any part of the world but working together towards one goal.
- Yes, with the world going digital and with covid-19 impacting our work lives and offices, Virtual collaboration is of prime importance.

- Being in the SaaS side of business, it becomes very easy to show people the importance of virtual collaborations. I believe to teach someone or ask them to do something, you need to first show them the value which it would bring to them. Once they believe it, teaching becomes easy
- The Italian company serves in retail where how you make a customer feel matters the most. The cultural awareness was missing as Italians are people who are very emotional & how you treat them matters a lot
- I think to teach anyone about culture, we ourselves need to understand how diverse we are as human beings. Every country has their own cultures, values and way people interact with each other. For example: In China, you greet them taking a bow, In Middle East you greet them kissing on the nose. It is really important to learn a bit about the culture as this will be play a vital role in establishing relations.

- A most stressful situation for me would be to not have answers to queries when in between a group. Adaptive thinking allows me to stir the conversation in a way where I can either get the user to a different topic or answer with a known fact
- I would still go with the example of Nokia or Thomas Cook. The two giants and the market leader in their respective industry called in quits and the primary reason being the lack of adaptive thinking
- I would reebot the machine to reset/stop/prevent any kind of cyber attack on the machine. Upon rebooting, I would uninstall all the unverified applications & also get some storage free by removing all the unwanted files for the system to get back to it's normal speed.
- Yes, most of the times when dealing in incident security, turns out the root cause analysis of the issue at hand was quiet different which I assumed and started to work on

- I would put in over 10-15 different use cases where my assumption was completely different compared the original fact. Where I felt I was right and turned out to be completely wrong. It is never a bad idea to ask for a second opinion as sometimes it might surprise you.
- This is the most over-hyped product I have ever seen This product is way too expensive This is not a wow gadget, it's similar to the current one I have and over prized This is a liability not an asset to have

- Fairness is all about more listening and less speaking. Listen to all and establish a problem first, once you know all the aspects you will be able to solve it better
- Higher number for target. compared to what is given by your boss, write down key KPI to achieve the goal (calls, emails, etc), weekly goals (3 key goals)
- You have a very clear goal in mind and a very optimistic and realistic target which gets you more closer to your forecasts & closings
- Daily goals - Three goals to achieve in a day Weekly goals - 3 major goals to achieve in a week Monthly goals - 2 major goals for the month
- The higher the goal the better the performance
- Target & Goals have always been the key for any business to operate. Once you know or set goals you want to achieve, you automatically work towards developing Plan A, B and C to achieve them
