- 1) Never reject the negative feedback out rightly , be patient in listening to that. 2) Value the feedback and take some moment and put the person who has suggested the feedback in your shoes and asking his/ her view point on what and how to address the same. 3) Always address the negative comment by addressing" thank you for this input" rather than sulking or saying nothing.
- The company especially the leaders should reflect and promote the culture of collaboration. There should be sufficient training and team addressals emphasing the objective and importance of collaboration, team work over competition
- Given an instance in a project where there was a team project with defined timelines and best team member award. I was competitive with my personal tasks assigned and gives ideas to the team . At the time was also working along with the team and helping other team members in certain areas inorder to achieve project timelines
- my organisation being multi functional in nature handling diversified projects should promote collaboration and encourage multi-functional assignment. This will help to over come the individual business units competing among each other and decrease the rivalry aspect
- I believe in more facts and figures and seeing the picture holistically rather than getting biased with someone or something. But this i have gained over a decade of experience. as a new joinee i still remember i was always looking for and following what seniors of the company tell me to do or present .
- To overcome the confirmation biasness we need to introspect the entire picture with facts and figures and developing a SWOT analysis i.e strengths, weeakness , opportunities and threats for each proposition
- The probing questions are more interrelated to the initial questions.So while preparing for the interview each main questions should be dissected into many scenario based questions taking into consideration both positive and negative aspects, strengths and challenges, success and failures etc. So be truthful and honest in answering questions or else it will be very evident towards the end of the interview if you are dishonest about the answers
- The probing questions usually evaluates a candidate on the actual potential and the honesty , integrity of the person on what he is telling and what is mentioned in the CV . This probing questions will help the recruiter in checking the practical exposure of the candidate rather than superficial defination or description.

- I could have asked the candidate for an example on any of the project implemenation, or example on how the candidate have addressed or handled the situation, critical scenarios, team conflict handling etc
- The convergent is more about when you want to reflect on the ideas proposed or analysing the ideas for problem solving and evaluating them. Whereas divergent thinking is thinking about new ideas or thinking out -of-box.

- I will conduct a focus group discussion with the customers , employees and other partners to some up with ideas and perceptions to match the requirement
- Yes, it is very much applied with incentives for the stakeholders. The divergent thinking is extended to the entire value chain of the company for coming up with enhanced product ans services.
- Already my company has a culture of divergent thinking but they should have a structured approach in capturing ideas and organising them and prioritising them for effective implementation
