Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- Ethical leadership could be summed up in one word, 'Serving'. Having a purpose of leaving the world a better place than I found it; with my actions, values, morals, and Integrity. The way I treat myself, others, and how I impact the world in a positive way.

- Being an entrepreneur and self-employed, it is 9 out of 10 as I give myself space for constant growth and learning regards this subject or any other subject.

- Having a balance and the right team effort and focus on both aspects is a must to be well prepared to face any type of crisis.
- Having a strategy is very important, but creating the right environment and skills to communicate and identify the risk is as important. For example; if there is a shortage in delivery and consumers are not buying, then a change of a strategy is needed and communicating this with the team will reassure and build creation to solve the problem.

- - Accept that there are risks to arise. - Reduce risk by having a strategy to prepare for any type of risk. - Avoid the severity of the risks by being transparent and sharing them with the team. - Take the necessary action needed to reduce the crises when risks present themselves.
- Establish structure and routine by: - Having enough sleep and going to bed and waking up the same time every day. - Eating healthy. - Exercise. - Stay connected with family, friends, and neighbors. - Take a break from the stressful news and try wellness apps.
- Remembering the positive outcome from what happened could make the world better: - Having time for ourselves makes us slow down and become a more aware and conscious being. - Realizing that safety doesn't come from a job, it comes from our creative mind and what we can do to fulfill our purpose. - Reflecting on our relationships with ourselves and others, and discovering more things about ourselves and people around us. - Connecting with people on a deeper level than before. - Appreciating the small good things in life that we didn't pay attention to before.
- Where your focus goes, your energy flows. Focus on what you want instead of what you don't want. Meditate and journal to reduce stress and stay in the present moment to open up your creativity so you will be able to see possibilities and vibrate high to attract into your life what you want instead of what you don't want.
- Both ways of thinking are complementing each other. while convergent thinking is more analytical, systematic, and focused on one solution, divergent thinking is more expanded to multiple opportunities, ideas, taking risks, and more flexible.
- - Hire more people in the region who speak both languages (English and Japanese or Chinese). - Enhance the quality of the delivery and packaging. - Offer bigger discounts to encourage people to buy more products (Ex. promos and packages).
- - Marketing and expanding in specific regions at first to create a reputation of the quality of the service provided. - Asking for feedback from clients (Ex. testimonials) and offering a trial of my product to evaluate the quality.
