- Have 1 to 1 meeting with customer and listen to his/her complaint from customer point of view and think how the highlighted issue can be addressed with in the organization.
- I would prefer role play. Pick up an actual complaint and discuss with class participants different scenarios, highlighting what was good and what went wrong.
- Yes on many occasions, and the best way is to sit with the coworker and have one to one clarification. Most of the time it resolve the issue. If not then gently agree on disagreement and seek help from seniors.
