- Examine two things, are you able to focus on the issue or work. Are you able to feel the progress on your work. If so you are mindful not your mind is full.
- avoid unnecessory thoughts coming in your mind. remove all your barriers, speak up and discuss with concerned person and remove it from your mind, do not keep in your head and lead it to bigger problems.
- Our human thoughts are endless. What we need control over our thoughts. During our work identify distractions and work on it to remove from your thoughts. Focus on your task and results, always ensure your performance by your own with results. Be positive in our life, and always do the task with hope. You can able to finish it. And during work hours always limit your thoughts to the job what you were assigned for.
- How to reduce the costs without affecting/interrupting business operations. Identify those costs which is unnecesory/not leads to results.
- Identify it as an oppoortunity instead defining it as a problem.
- If you feel that there is hard time in your life, you must realize that you are moving forward. You are living your life. Unless we step into new journey, we never face any issues.
