- -Written Communication with Copy to supervisor / lead may be helpful. - We should also attempt to compartmentalize the discussion and keep it only around the project without influence of personal view of that individuals . -we should tone down a little and make the other person realize the bigger agenda of them working together and how that will be good for both and bring them success if they work as team.
- 1. Remember that the Enemy are just another person 2.Hook on to the One thing you like and respect of that person 3.Turn them around 4.Seperate the person from their work personality
- 1. Project will slow down 2. Team work will lack 3. My own expertise will be not showcased 4. Negative vibes 5. Eventfully it will impact me personally
- 1. Ego 2. Their rudeness 3. No time for clearing things 4. short term vision
- In my corporate life , i had a local supervisor who didn't like that i used to work directly with onsite supervisor . My onsite team wanted me to only attend all calls and do direct communications . However - when i went to his shoes i realized , that he may not like the same . So every time in my onsite calls, i used to have 1-2 small, trivial or management related action item for my local boss . Bcos of this - he used to get pulled on those calls occasionally and he felt part of the team . This helped him bridge relations with me also in long term.
- Such competitions internally may not be healthy for all employee. The management should work on some guidelines and some blocks of achievement and also TEAM Goals, so that even if i achieve individually - i should be motivated to achieve as a team .

- Any internal conflict that comes out in public due to sales competition can bring negative results , Instead - the management needs to take extra care that the team does a healthy competition only at internal level and in a friendly way . The management should do exercise and activities with sales employees that helps them function more as a team and be aware of the brand they are representing . Personal benefit and Personal growth should be given importance but not at the cost of the brand .
- - Better communication - Better Bonds - Team work - Learning new skills of peers - Failing together and motivating team - Leadership qualities are recognized - we build confidence - we boost each other morale
- My company is based on relationship building . We get client based on our relationship with them . We work with their brands and hence the clients need to trust us first to hand over their brand to us . This cant happen with mediocre relationship with clients .

- - Make the team talk to someone who is critical about the company and make them realize that due to internal conflicts , the only thing that impacts is company - i will also give them eg. of household management - if as parents we conflict a lot , how it impacts kids growth , n hence same applies at work - i will give them eg. of a group sports game like football or kabaddi , where we can achieve only when all in team excel and not if 3/4 people are good.
- In this level , we are at a very primitive stage . We lack desire and we also lack skill set . We are highly demotivated of that task and have no zeal to move ahead.
- Conscious Competence
- 1. Take feedback from each client after project is over 2. Go for professional courses for more learning 3. Meet peers and friends in same industry so that i can learn what i am not good at 4. Work hard

- i am a strong believer of lead by example , so when i see that there is lack of motivation with my team , i end up working with them on their task and help them feel comfortable . I end up doing this at any stage of work and it has been coming very consciously in my behavior .
