- Management can offer her to work from home wherever & whenever possible to balance her work & life. Only when there is need to be present in office, then only she can be called in office along with giving justice to her responsibilities of work at office. After a certain period of time she could work at office as regular employee.
- Positive points- 1. Company can monitor employees' performance closely and give them feedback then & there to improve it. 2. Employees can get solution in person if there is a problem during work. 3. A feeling of team can be experienced while working at workplace. Negative points 1. No flexibility for the work. 2. Sometimes in case of any exigency, employee can not have work life balance.

- Yes. I will teach them by 'Feel, Felt and apply' method wherein I will share my experience to them. innovation is a mindset where I will make their mindset ready for innovations. Push them into challenges. Make them to empathise to the problem, put their foot in other's shoes, understand the problem & then go for ideation. Meet people, live their life or understand their problem from their perspective and then try to solve problem with all stakeholders with prototyping & then testing. With some iterations, we can create the better future and innovation.

- 1. The manager is unbiased towards the situation. 2. He is specific about the facts and her interactions about her colleague. 3. The manager is in the problem solving mode. 4. The manager tries to find out the root cause of the problem. 5. He is very calm & composed throw-out the interaction with his subordinate while understanding her problem. Above all are the reasons that's why he impressed me a lot for how to deal with similar situation in professional life while solving the problem of subordinate beyond certain limit.
- Definitely. These steps will work out while dealing with difficult employee. Actually, its the behavior pattern that we need to understand while dealing with the employees. and these steps will help us to understand him/her and to resolve the issues.
- 1. Just be calm. Understand other environmental factors & employee's background. 2. Review the situation, interact with the employee with an unbiased approach. 3. Try to find out specific reason behind the problem 4. Explore the options to resolve the issues. 5. Select best one and try to execute with collaboration.
- Yes. I can share my experience of managing difficult employee of my career where I handled successfully such employee and made him productive with the best result. I will share about practicing the mindfulness to overcome such situation.

- When the speed of thoughts coming into the mind is more, when I can not focus on my task, when I get frustrated, stressed and being angry. Thus one can know that his mind is full of thoughts.
- First of all, understand the thing or task that we are going to do. Get clarity what exactly the client/customer/boss wants. Just be calm, plan the work and think about resources & qualities you have to apply to complete the task. Review it timely and do correction if there is any deviation.
- I can share my experience of being in a stressful situation. With being calm, we can take better decisions and improve our mind's ability to be productive. Being in a stressed condition also makes our team stressed, which ultimately reduces performance & productivity of our team. Better to be calm for a minute or two, think silently, visualize the things that may happen due to stressful environment and find out out better options out of available options & resources.
- My level of of emotional tolerance is Zone of tolerance. I can respond to the situation rather than react. When I am aware whats going on and how I need to respond. I have resilience to respond to different situation under pressure. Continuously doing the same thing in spite of getting aware of may make me emotionally out of control.
- In zone of Hyperarousal, we can not control our emotions. Situation & cirumstances controls us. Where our sense of awareness reduces.In Zone of awareness, we can understand the situation but we can not control our emotions. Although we know its wrong, but we cant control. In zone of emotional tolerances, we can control our emotions with the given situation.
- We can control negative emotions by mediatating with the thoughts to be controlled in negative situations. We can condition our mind to stay calm and respond. Not to react. We can improve our resilience to face the pressure.
- I can share my spiritual life with combination of professional life where I applied my mindfulness to overcome challenge, negative situations and work problems with a positive mindset.
