- Divergent and parallel thinking help in approaching a problem with different perspective. thereby increasing chance of finding a solution and also finding multiple solutions to problems that were hard to crack.
- Email being responded late to clients. Develop an incentive system for those who correspond on time, based on feedback from clients also.
