To make a sound decision it's very important to understand the scenario and actual facts as well as future outcome.

Before discussion he should have checked client's interest level to understand if client is looking to buy TV or just browsing by asking him more about what is his desire and what kind of imagination he has for his next purchase.

This game is like that where both the team members has to protect their goals. So, One team is tying to score a goal and other team members are doing defense and Vice Versa.
Because this is Male tournament and women's tournament you won't be able to see Male players.
Team is a group of people who runs towards on objective. And to achieve something we always divide the work within the team looking at their ability. If all will play together then there is not point of playing football and no one will be achieve anything.

Gives an option to companies to understand much better with cognitive thought process. Either it's hiring or promotion.

1. Understanding situation. 2. How this happened? 3. Discussing with the team about the same and looking for different solution coming from the different mindset. 4. Gathering all the solution and making decision. 5. Implementing the solution to overcome those problems.

Can do better if this can be discuss with the respective member of the team who already faced this problems in past and what are the steps he/she followed to overcome those problems.
