Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- Well truly said, because now we are living in a scenario of cut throat competition. So just serving the needs would not make the business boom but achieving satisfaction by going extra mile , doing add on sale , achieving customer needs and at the same time fulfilling the goals of business with utmost importance to customer being priority will make it boom.
- There is a belief on what we do good,to customers then they will refer you to other. But apart from doing good and giving information to customer on how to do it and we being proactive in it makes the referral method more practical and approachable.making a process of referral method and incentivizing the method to current customers who brings new customers. Exceed the current customer expectations and work on understanding the new customers
- making a customer data, and making a customer process on asking customer customer to refer people and earn rewards in poiint and reedeem it later with sale
- This will allow your company to deliver top-notch services and help you outperform the competitor by giving more to customers.
- It will facilitate a reward system for your highest performers. This in turn will increase service quality.

- Bias judgement is something which taken hastly without thinking objectively or favoritism and not doing justice and objective judgment is thinking rationally and doing justice to decision by evlauating both sides of the story or a problem
- The effect of biased judgements is very harmful to both parties involved , as it will not solve the problem and aggravate it, fill hatred among each other and will make person lose interest and trust in justice
- an open office concept is a great place to work as it helps bonding with each other and help each other problems being solved
- Sleeping at your desk is not a good habit, if you are exhausted you can move from the table and , walk,take a coffe but not sleep on desk
- Stand up desk is good , as it promotes helathy workplace, b'coz sitting s the new smoking

- We can embrace our strengths by identifying what we are good at genuinely, and then working on improving it more. Similarly, understanding the weakness, and sometimes asking people about my weakness and improving and changing it for betterment.

- To create innovative mindset, problems should thrown at people and giving them a frehand and freewill with available resources to solve it make a conducive environment ot think innovatively.
