Meditation, breathing, exercise, mentorship, having the right support network

Inside: demotivated people, mediocre goals, negative and toxic thinking; Outside: lack of personal discipline, overthinking, pressure of letting down family

Take one day at a time and focus on prioritisation

Suggest mindful activities, including listening to some nice music or podcasts
