- This could happen when the management fails to prepare the employees for what is about to happen. This could be a decision by the management on purpose to let the employees know from the media or it could be a mistake or slip on their part not estimating the effect of the PR crisis. I would say its a lack of leadership at the TOP. I believe people are the biggest assets of any organization and taking them into confidence before any move is highly important. The support from the work force I believe is underestimated in most cases.
- I can see only one person working on this. A team means amore heads and more ideas could have helped this situation better or even avoid it
- Purely by dialogue/communication with complete transparency. Find the root cause and address it. Its' a team work.
