It seems that it is too late to reverse the reservation. As per hoteling norms, we will have to charge you 25% of your payment. However I will try to give you best deal for next weeks reservation so that you can get benefit of the charges that your spending today. Looking forward for your reply or comments Warm regards,
- Features Will always remain there. But benefits are more interesting than features as it emphatically connects with human brain and understand the problem and then tell the way to resolve it. Can easily connect with someone.

- Have you cluttered in your thoughts regarding your career your personal life. There was time in my career where I was unable to take decision whether to stick to current job or move on I had mentor who solve that issue for me. Actually all answers were there with me he just helped me explore it.
- Smile on face, firm hand shake, eye contact nodding head while listening
- Rebecca should make nice eye contact with the customer. As she is aware of products in and out She should use her hand gestures appropriately which suits to what she is talking it should enhance the message delivery. Facial expression plays an important role while communicating. Her entire body language should help enhance her sales speech.

- It is important to make connect then sell something. In every industry you are selling yourself. I in my leadership role use this a lot. When I take one on one with people I try to understand them and make a good connect by using my verbal and non verbal communication. Once I make that then I tell them what I except from them that too from their point of view as in how it could help them and I never fail it becomes solid communication.
