- Empathy strengthens your communication. By talking about benefits, you are actually putting yourself in the shoes of the customer and thinking about how the product or service will appeal to or benefit him. Contrary to this, features are something that already exists in the product and may or may not be appealing to the customer.
- I have learned over a period of years, the impact of communication with empathy...be it in written emails or verbal communication. In my communication, I purposefully think on how the other person feels when he receives my communication, understanding his situation makes the communication more effective and persuasive.

- As learned from my experience as an HR Leader as well as managing my team, it is important to be mindful of potential signs of stress. Proper planning of projects with clear outcomes and roles along with reasonable staffing and resources support will ensure a sense of fulfillment after challenge instead of negative stress.
