I am an Educational Disruptor who strives to unlock the potential of each and every student, and they believe that education should be adaptable, accessible, and inclusive. I believe that as an educational disruptor and school leader; I work to bulid strong relationships, while leverage technology, creativity, and agency to teachers and students offer unconventional solutions that address the current challenges and gaps in the education system.

I have nearly two decades of experience in leading and managing international schools, as well as providing consultancy and professional learning services to educators around the world. I have had the privelege of serving on 3 continents and in 4 countries.
I have Experimented widely with new 21st century techniques, technologies, and pedagogies that can transform learning to fun,engaging and relevant experiences.

I specailize in leadership roles that include the academic, teaching, and learning aspects of assigned campuses, and strive to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence in K-12 American Curriculum education. I am a life-long learner, who is dedicated to leveraging technology and embed student centered learning into classrooms.

I believe leaders should focus on building strong learning communities that create a culture of trust, respect and openness to new ideas. I am passionate about empowering teachers and students to achieve their full potential, and I believe that lifelong learning is the key to success.

I have an EdS in Instructional leadership and am ABD with a PhD in Instructional Leadership and ESL, researching the effects and success of non-native English speakers when taught by teachers participating in a coaching and mentoring programs.

I am also the founder and chief academic officer of Arabian Teacher Recruitment and Consultancy, a company that connects expat educators with international employment opportunities and provides them with quality professional development.
