In my role as Executive Board Member of Dream Academy Trinidad and Tobago, I’ve spent the past seven years working at the intersection of food justice and social equity. Through agricultural mentorship and development programs, I help empower incarcerated and at-risk youth—those whose potential is often overlooked due to systemic barriers. I believe that a nation’s strength lies in its ability to nourish every citizen, and I am deeply committed to bringing food security and opportunity to even the most marginalized.

As Co-Founder of BPC Distribution, I bridge global markets by opening new avenues for Caribbean and African entrepreneurs. By expanding product reach and fostering international trade partnerships, we enable scalable growth while advancing social impact across diaspora economies.

With over 20 years in branch banking across the Caribbean and the U.S., I bring a strong foundation in financial strategy and business development. That experience was instrumental in launching Super Wings NY—a celebrated food brand that not only won accolades like Brooklyn’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013, but also became a symbol of cultural pride, resilience, and service.
